Return PolicyUnopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days for a refund less a 20% restocking fee and less actual shipping costs (note that the actual shipping cost will almost always be more than we charged you). Open-box or used raw speakers may not be returned unless they are defective. In that case, you will need to make a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.Keep all packaging materials, as warranty coverage does not apply to items damaged in shipping. Note also that the warranty will not cover abuse, such as burned-out voice coils. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase and to document the date of warranty coverage. Returns must first receive a Return Authorization number from either us or the manufacturer, depending on whether it's an unopened-box unit or a warranty claim . The return must be sent UPS or Fed Ex ground, freight prepaid and insured. No COD’s or unauthorized returns will be accepted. Back Order PolicyIf an item will not be available for shipment within 10 business days of your placing the order, we will let you know.
